LUNG WORMS IN SHEEP.
At a late meeting of the .Wellington Philosophical Institute, further information bearing on the subject of the lungworm in sheep was given by Dr Hector, who staled that the Sheep Department were endeavoring to collect all the information they could on the subject. It was of great importance that everything possible should be done to remedy this evil. Mr Travers stated that in Prance experiments had been made by Pasteur, an eminent scientific inan, to cure this disease by inoculation, which had proved most successful. This was of the greatest importance, as by this means thousands of sheep had been saved in France.
