The following, it is understood, will form the New Plymouth Harbor Works Commission: Messrs Seymour and Thomson, M.H.R.’s, and Napier Bell, engineer to the Lyttelton Harbor Board. M ossrs Richardson and Macandrew, whoso names were first mentioned, both intimated their disinclination to act. —Wang. Herald.
