Wednesday, before Judge Puckev. ' SUCCESSION ORDERS. ..Hare and another claimed to succeed Riria Rerikaipuke to lands at Kakaramea. Ordered that Haro Haronga and Riria succeed in equal shares. Hone and another claimed to succeed Ihaia Paparangi in lands at Kakaramea. Ordered that Hone Rnihi and Paui succeed in equal shares. Being nnde'r age, Henan Pnnaruka and a European yet to be named are to be the trustees. NO JURISDICTION. Nine applications for title to lands within the confiscated boundary were dismissed, on theground that the Court has no jurisdiction over Crown lands. KAHAROA NO. 11. Ngahnrumann and others claimed Kaharoa No. 2. Ordered that the names of Ngahnrumann and nine others be entered on the memorial of ownership, ,; , • . MANGAATUKU BLOCK. In this case the Grown Was represented by Major Parris, and Mr Duncan appeared for the applicants. Te Mira and another claimed interests in the Mangaatukn block, sold to the Government by Manga and another, but for; which no final order had yet been issued by the Court. Te Miraj, Tonga, Takiora, and Hika were admitted to have claims.
