Debate on the Irish Land Bill, as received a- second time from the House, of Lords, was confirmed to an early hour this morning. Several of .he clauses, as amended, were restored to their original fonri. In tho ease of others, the changes made in the Upper.House were modified, and in a few instances the alterations were assented to. Irish members accused Ministers of being parties to a secret compromise with the Opposition with regard to the Bill. The Bill as reahiended was again ordered to be sent to the House of Lords.
