HARBOR WORKS.
(TELEGRAM from our correspondent.) ‘ . New Plymouth, Wednesday. T&e Harbor Board met this afternoon. The election of a Secretary was deferred hntil a full muster of the Board is ob-* tained. Notwithstanding the stormy westerly weather, the works at the harbor have received little damage from the heavy seas that have rolled in.
