It is hoped the time is not distant when increasing public support will enable this journal to be published daily. The one object aimed at is to identify the Mail with the permanent interests of the Patea district, and to advocate their development by%nch political forces as may be available, without setting up unfair preference for any political, party. Supplements to the County Mail are in preparation, and will be presented weekly ; containing Literary Selections, short Stories, Wit and Humor, and an interesting miscellany of reading matter.
