In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and of the amendments thereof; and of the Bankruptcy of Thomas Cato, of Normanby, butcher, a debtor. A SUFFICIENT number of Creditors having failed to attend either the first or adjourned Meetings of the above Estate, I hereby give notice that I have appointed George Victor Bate, of Hawera, a Certificated Accountant in Bankruptcy, -to be Trustee in the said Estate, and that the said George Victor Bate has notified to me in writing his acceptance of such office. Lithograph plans can be obtained at any of the Land offices in the Colony, together with all necessary information. Terms of sale: One-fourth of the purchase-money to be paid at the sale, and the balance to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Fatea, within one calendar month from the date of sale, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land thenceforth be null and void.
