Tenders. Tenders for Fencing. TENDERS will be received for the Erection of 70 chains, more or less, on Beunos Ayres Estate, Ditch and Bank, up to 2 p.m., Saturday, 23rd instant. They must be addressed to the Hon the Minister for Public Works, Wellington, and marked ontside “ Tender for Office Contract, New Plymouth Railway Station,” and accompanied by a cheque on some bank in the town where the tender is lodged ; such cheque to be specially marked by a banker as good for twenty-one days, and to he in favor of the Receiver-Generate Deposit Account only, and not to bearer or order. Plans and specifications may be seen at the Public Works Offices, New Plymouth, Patea, and Wellington, and at the Post office, Hawera. Telegraphic tenders, similarly addressed and marked, will be received if presented at any Telegraph Office by noon of the same date, provided that written tenders in due form are lodged at a District or a Resident Engineer’s Office by the same i hour.
