Melbourne, 14th. The Premier, Sir Brien O’Loghlan, proposes to include city property under the Land Tax. A new loan of four millions is projected. The tariff is not to be touched. TROUBLES IN TUNIS. Paris, 13th. Intelligence from Tripoli stales that several Turkish ironclads have arrived off the capital. French warships in the same waters are watching the movements pf the Turkish vessels.
