M’Carthy was a claim for £4l, balance of contract. /Tjoe plaintiff, a carpenter at Patea, had built the Railway Hotel for .Mr M’Carthy, the price set forth in the bill being £B2O. Plaintiff claimed an unpaid balance of £4l, | and £2 2s expenses towards recovering same. The case was adjourned for production of witnesses.
