TROUBLE IN AFRICA.
A rising has commenced among the natives employed on plantations at Kirwani, in Senegambia, West Coast of Africa. Some excesses have already been committed against the planters, and a general panic has consequently arisen among the European settlers in the district, many ot whom are leaving.
