RECEIVED LAST NIGHT. (. Renter's Despatches to the Mail.) SUPPLY AND REPOEM. Melbourne, Wednesday. A temporary Supply Bill was passed through both Houses of Parliament last night. The Reform Bill, as amended by the Legislative Assembly, has been returned to the Legislative Council, but its acceptance by tile latter chamber is generally thought to be improbable. SHIP ACCIDENT. Melbourne, Wednesday. Owing to a severe gale which blew here last night, the ship Bulwark, 1,300 tons, is on her beam "ends opposite Fisherman’s Bend, in the Yarra. She is completely waterlogged. A very high sea is running.
