RECEIVED LAST NIGHT. LADY GORDON. Wellington, 9th. Lady Gordon and party declined the invitation of the Methodist community to attend divine service yesterday, but attended on board the Wolverine according to the Church of England practice. The chaplain was grand and eloquent, and won the approbation of the dissentients on board. BODIES WASHING ASHORE. Wellington, 7th. News this evening of a private nature says that the bodies from the Tararau are fastly coming ashore, many being recognised.
