RECEI VED LAST NIGHT. {Reuter's Despatches to the Mail.) CA.3E OF MR BRADLAUGH. Loudon, 28th. It has of<*n announced that the Government will facilitate the passage of Mr Lalumchere’s bill to permit Mr Bradlaugh lo take the oath. In the House of Commons to-day, Lord John Manners, on behalf ol the Conservative party, gave notice of motion declaring that the bill to bo introduced by Mr Labouchere to enable Mr Bradlaugh to take the oath, would only produce further confusion without arriving at a settlement ol the question. ADVANCE OF FRENCH TROOPS. Paris, 2Sth. It lias transpired that the commander of the French troops in Tunis has received orders to march against the capital, and the force is therefore advancing with the utmost speed.
