It is proposed to raise at least £50,000 of the capital within the colony, payable as follows :—2s (Id per share on application. 2s (id per share on allotment, and the residue hy calls not exceeding 5s per share, at intervals of not less than three months. The Company propose to acquire the Native Lauds through which the line will, pass, and will apply to Parliament to obtain the necessary powers to carry ont die undertaking. The concessions which Pae Government have made,and other particulars, are fully sot forth in the prospectus, which can be obtained from the Secretary, or at. any of the branches of the Bank of New Zealand throughout the colony, and to which is annexed a form of application for shares.
