USES OF HONEY.

Honey can be used in lieu of sugar for almost all kinds of domestic use. It has no superior in the canning and preserving of fruit, making strawberry short cake, &c. Many persons claim that honey disagrees with them—makes them sick. This is a mistaken idea, and is owing to those persons having eaten honey mixed with the poison of the bee, bee-bread, lame, bees, &c., as the old-fashioned strained honey used to be. As an article for the table, both Useful and ornamental, what can be superior to white clover honey.
