( Reuter's Despatcehs to the Mail.) KILLING A SULTAN. Constantinople, 23rd. Four domestics of the Tcheragan Palace have confessed that Sultan Abdul Aziz, who was believed to have committed suicide in 1876, by stabbing himself with scissors, was murdered by themselves. The confession of the assassins implicates several prominent public officials. GREEK DISSENSIONS. Athens, 23rd. A difference has arisen in the Greek Cabinet, and the Minister of War has resigned .
