A telegram from Mount Browne New South Wales, reports that the township is quite dry, and the people are all leaving. No actual lead has been struck, but the surface work proves that men can earn good wages. Nearly everyone at the diggings is suffering from sore eyes, and people are earnestly warned against coming until rain has fallen.
