BRANCH OFFICE OF THE MAIL , Friday Evening. Presbyterian Church —The animal congregational meeting was held on Tuesday evening. The attendance was veiy small, indicating a slack interest in tlio finances of the church. The statement of accounts, however, showed that the bad times had not decreased the liberality of members of the congregation. Votes of thanks to retiring officers and auditors brought the proceedings to a close.
