RECEIVED THIS DAY. {Reuter s Despatches to the Muu.) THE BOER INSURRECTION. London, 28th. Latest intelligence from the Cape states that the Boers have new seized Utrecht and the rebellion is rapidly spreading. A Bombay despatch says a contingent of Indian native troops have been ordered to proceed immediately to Natal and the necessary arrangements are. now being made for the despatch of a force from Bombay without delay.
