TROUBLE IN IRELAND.
A London despatch says a letter has been sent by Lord Carnarvon to John Bright, in which he denounces his (Bright’s) speech of November the 16th as unfitting to a cabinet minister, and deplores its ever having boon made. He further attacks the Government for their preference for theoretical reforms before first making efforts for restoring law and order in Ireland. ADVICE FROM TIIR POPE. The official Papal organ at Borne announces that a letter has been written by the Pope, in which Jte counsels the Irish clergy and people to separate themselves entirely from the revolution.
