Schooner Launched.
At Valcii this afternoon, tin; stranded schooner Jane Anderson was launched over the breakwater into the channel with case and no mishap. Captain Beiulall, representing insurance companies, directed the operation. The hull had been got close to the breakwater, on the tides, and being then placed on six “ways,” as in ordinary launching, the word was given to let go at high water, the lovers were applied, and over the wall she sl'uled down the incline into deep water. The schooner is now in the harbor as good as before tiie stranding, and she is to leave for Kaipara, to load with timber for .Dunedin,
