RECEIVED LAST NIGHT. TUHI S PATE* Wellington, Monday. The judicial papers concerning Tuhi’s case were read by Ministers to-day, and handed to the Governor for perusal, prior to tho meeting of the Executive Council to-morrow to determine Tuhi’s fate. It is practically certain he will expiate his crime in mid-air.
