PORT OF PATE A. The steamer Patca was off the bar Friday afternoon, but the pilot would not let her in on account of the low tide, and reports she has gone to Wanganui, being unable to get in here. She may be let in to-day or Monday, as the tides arc now on the increase. If she comes in on Monday, she will leave on Tuesda}' for Wellington. HIGH W ATE It.
