The Turkish Question.— Since the entry of Dcrvisch Pasha into Dulcigno, renewed fighting has taken place between the Turkish troops and the Albanian inhabitants of the town and the surrounding district. The encounters have been most severe, and have resulted in heavy losses on both sides.
