The port of Cherbourg, which suffered severely last mouth Irom heavy floods, has been again visited by a serious storm, which has done considerable damage to the town and its surroundings. A considerable extent of country is inundated. NEW SOUTH WALES ELECTIONS. Sydney, Monday. At present the elections have resulted in a number of new members being elected by small majorities. WRECK OFF QUEENSLAND, Brisbane, Monday. The Norseman has been wrecked. She is covered by insurances in the National of N.Z., the Now Zealand, and South British.
