TO serve marcs in the Hawera District, the pure-bred Clydesdale entire SIR WILLIAM WALLACEDam—Mr Charles Campbell’s famous brood mare by Champion (imported). Sire—Mr Kettle’s imported horse Sir William Wallace. Sir William Wallace is a beautiful dark bay with black points, and was foaled January 7th,1872. For symmetry, strength, and action, he stands unrivalled. He is perfectly quiet, docile, and tractable. No horse approaches’ him in quality and quantity of bone, muscle, and hair. He is a sure foalgetter, and his stock are turning out firstclass. He has taken the Champion Prize in Wanganui two years in succession, viz., in 1878 and 1879. For pedigree and further particulars, see large cards. Fee—Single marcs, at £-1 10s; reduction made for two or more mares. Groomage fee, 2s 6d, to be paid when the mare is served.
