{Telegram Jrom our Correspondent.') Wellington, Friday. A portion of the township of Manaia, situated in the heart of the Waimate Plains, will be offered for sale by auction on December 17th. There will be 262 quarter-acre sections, at an upset price of £lO to £25 each. The suburban section reserve price will be £5 an acre.
