To the Public. HE CIRCULATION of the Mail has increased 580 copies weekly during the past three mouths, being an increase of 193 copies on the tri-weekly issue. Those Subscribers, Advertisers, and Settlers who desire to see the West Coast represented by a good District Newspaper will feel a generous interst in the progress which the Mail is making. Subscribers win observe that a new Quarter commenced Saturday, October 2nd. Any error in accounts for the last quarter will be rectified on communicating with the manager. Some errors arc found to have been made in accounts before Mr Houghton acquired the property, and lie is anxious to have all mistakes put right.
