The convention of delegates of the Powers and Turkey, which has been sitting at Cettinjc since the 1 Sth instant, has failed to come to any understanding as to details in regard to the cession of Dnlcigno. The sittings of the convention have accordingly been suspended. POLITICS IN VICTORIAMelbourne, Monday. The Aye to-day condemns the action of the Government in reinstating Benjamin Berry to a position in the civil service from which he was removed by the Service Ministry.
