Patetkue Block- —It is stated that Government have not yet finally removed the proclamation from the Patotcre lands, and the speculators have left the business in the hands of Mr Sheehan to negotiate in Wellington. Some trouble has arisen between the Patelerc Company and Dilworth and Howard, who are negotiating for the purchase of the adjacent block of 100,000 acres.
