public auction at the Wool Stores, Wanganui, on Wednesday, 20tb October, at 2 p.m,— That valuable FA KM, known as Foudell, at present occupied by Messrs Reid and Hume, containing 778 acres of the finest land in the district.
The estate is situated about nine miles from Wanganui, on the No. 2 Lino of Road, and the Homestead is within half a. mile of the Railway station of Fordell. It is divided into nine paddocks, the fences being well kept—lire hedges and wire. The land is laid down with English grasses, except that which is under cultivation, which con-
sisfs of 100 acres of wheat, and 20 acres of oats. The Matarawa stream runs through the laud.
