Sale of Deferred Payment Sections, Waimate Plains. Crown Lands Office, Patea, 11th October, 1860. INTENDING selectors are hereby notified that the statutory declaration required under Section 62 of “The Land Act, 1877,” to be produced by every selector with application, must in every case be declared before a Justice of the Peace (or Notary Public), and that a stamp of the value of two shillings and sixpence must be affixed thereto. Duty stamps are procurable at Post offices, and a supply will be kept at the Land offices, Carlyle. and Hawera, on the 25th October instant. C. A. Sale of Waimate Plains. WEST COAST, NORTH ISLAND. Crown Land’s Office, Wellington, 9th September, 3880. IT is hereby notified that 127 Sections of Land in the abovenamed locality will be offered for sale on deferred and immediate payments. The sections on deferred payments will be open for application on Monday, the 25th October, at the Land Offices, Carlyle and Hawera. Sections for which there are more than one application will be submitted to auction, between the applicants only, on Thursday, the 28th October, at Hawera. The price of land on deferred payments will be £5 an acre. Five shillings per acre Will have to be deposited on making application. Each applicant will • only be allowed to apply for one section on deferred payments. Applicants for land on deferred pay--ments may send their applications and deposits, with statutory declaration as required by “ The Land Act, 1877,” through post to the Land Office, Carlyle, Patea, to arrive ,on or before the 25th October. Envelopes' should be marked “ Application for deferred .payment land, Waimate Survey District.” The land on immediate payments will be sold by public auction, open to all bidders, on Friday, 29th October, at Hawera. Upset price, £4 an acre. On immediate payment there are 88 sections, ranging from 50 acres to 100 acres each. On deferred payments there are 39 sections, ranging from 50 acres to 80 acres each. Colored lithograph plans may be seen at all the Land Offices of the Colony on and after the loth instant. Information ns to the mode of making applications for, land on deferred payments, and the necessary forms, may be had from any of the Commissioners of Crown Lauds. 4 W. ROLLESTON, Minister of Lands.
