Public Announcements* PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF TARANAKI. Land on Deferred Payments. MOA, MANGANUI, AND NGAIRE DISTRICTS, Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth, July 14th, 1880. NOTICE is hereby given that Allotments of Land, on terms of Deferred Payments, in the above districts, will be open for selection by application at the Crown Lands Office in New Plymouth, the District Land Office at Carlyle, and the Post Office, Hawera, on and after the 21st day of August next ensuing. Plans and Schedules may be obtained at all the Offices named. The Receiver of Land Revenue requests that intending purchasers will observe that all payments to him must ho made in Cash, Post Office Order, or Bank Draft, payable to the “ Receiver of Land Revenue, New Plymouth.” Cheques cannot be received. Sale of Land for Cash, in Block 3, Ngaire District. Land Board Office, New Plymouth, Sept. Bth, 1880. IT is hereby notified that several Allotments of Land situate on the eastern side of the Mountain-road, near Stratford, and on the Northern side of the Patea river, will be offered for sale by public auction, at 11 a.m., on Saturday, the 9th day of October proximo, at the Crown Lands Office, Ne.w Plymouth. Plans maybe inspected and schedules of areas and prices obtained at the Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth ; the District Land Office, Carlyle; and at the Post Office, Hawera. By order of the Board. C. Sale of Waimate Plains. WEST COAST, NOETH ISLAND. Crown Land’s Office, Wellington , 9th September, 1880. IT is "hereby notified that 127 Sections of Land in the abovenamed locality will be offered for sale on deferred and immediate payments. The sections on deferred payments will be open for application on Monday, the 25th October, at the Land Offices, Carlyle and Hawera. Sections for which there arc more than one application will be submitted to auction, between the applicants only, on Thursday, the 28th October, at Hawera. The price of land on deferred payments will be £5 an acre. Five shillings per acre will have to be deposited on making application. Each applicant will only be allowed to apply for one section on deferred payments. Applicants lor land on deferred payments may send their applications and deposits, with statutory declaration as required by “ The Land Act, 1877,” through post to the Land Office, Carlyle, Patea, to arrive on or before the 25th October. Envelopes should be marked “ Application for deferred payment land, Waimate Survey District.” The land on immediate payments will be sold by public auction, open to all bidders, on Friday, 29th October, at Hawera. Upset price, £4 an acre. On immediate payment there are 88 sections, ranging from 50 acres to 100 acres each. On deterred payments there are 39 sections, ranging from 50 acres to 80 acres each. Colored lithograph plans may be seen at all the Land Offices of the Colony on and after the 15th instant. Information as to the mode of making applications for land on deterred payments, and the necessary forms, may be had from any of the Commissioners of Crown Lands. W. EOLLESTON, Minister of Lands.
