Train Wreckers. —The discovery of projected attempt to wreck a train on the London and North Western Railway was made by the police, who, proceeding to a certain spot near Busby, in Hertfordshire, found a quantity of dynamite close to the line over which a passenger train was shortly to pass. No motive has yet been ascribed for the intended outrage.
