KAKARAMEA.

(F R0 51 OUR COR R E SI’OXD E X T.) Friday Evening. The improvements to the Town Hal are now, with trifling exception, completed. The greatly increased acoustic quality of the building, caused by' the alterations, will be appreciated by all vocalists who may have occasion to exhibit their talent. I understand that a lady of our township has kindly promised to furnish the stage with a new drop scene. Although the formal re-opening will not take place until next month, the building will be at the service of members of the institute, and may' also on Sunday' next bo used for divine worship. I am pleased to hear that the young man Scott who met with the accident I reported in Saturday’s issue is progressing favorably.
