The Rangatira Wreck.
OFFICERS CENSURED. (Telegram from our Correspondent.) Now Plymouth, Friday. The inquiry into the wreck of ths s.s. Rangatira off Bell Block has terminated to-day. The Court have suspended the first mate’s certificate for six months, and have reprimanded the captain for negligent attention to duty.
