The estate is situated about nine miles from Wanganui, on the No. 2 Line of Road, and the Homestead is within half a mile of the Railway station of Ford ell. It is divided into nine paddocks, the fences being well kept— Htc hedges and wire. The land is laid down with English grasses, except that which is under cultivation, whiclx consists of 100 acres of wheat, and 20 acres of oats. The Matarawa stream runs through the land. The Homestead, which is delightfully situated, consists of an eight-roomed Dwelling-house, Outbuildings, Stable, &c.
