Tenders. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. STATION BUILDINGS CONTRACT. WAVERLEY SECTION. Public Works Office, Wanganui, 20th August, 1880. WRITTEN tenders will bo received at the Public Works Office, Wangamii, up to NOON on TUESDAY, tjjFUtb SEPTEMBER, for Station buildings on the Waverley Section of the Foxton-New Plymouth Railway. Tenders to be addressed to the Minister for Public Works; to be in proper form and enclosed to the undersigned, to be marked outside, “ Waverley Station Tender.” In case of a telegraphic tender, a written tender must be lodged at a Government office. Plans and specifications may be seen at the Public Works Offices, Wanganui and Foxton, and at the Post Office, Waverley. JOHN T. STEWART, District Engineer. TENDERS WILL be received at the store of the undersigned till 12 noon, September 2nd, for the Erection of a Fircbell Tower. Plans and specifications can be seen at W. DIXON’S, Patea, TENDERS arc hereby invited up to the 29th inst., for occupying for this season’s cropping about 55 acres, at per acre. Vie PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF TARANAKI. Land on Deferred Payments. MOA, MANGANUI, AND NGAIEE DISTRICTS, Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth, July 14th, 1860. NOTICE is hereby given that Allotments of Land, on terms of Deferred Payments, in the above districts, will be open for selection by application at the Crown Lands Office in New Plymouth, the District Land Office at Carlyle, and the Post Office, Hawera, on and after the 21st day of August next ensuing.
Plans and Schedules may be obtained at all the Offices named. , The Receiver of Land Revenue requests that intending purchasers will observe that all payments to him must be made,in Cash, Post Office Order, or Bank Draft, payable to the “ Receiver of Land Revenue, New Plymouth.” Cheques cannot be received. Blue, with white centre, underneath red flag—Departure on that day. Consignees; will please arrange with shippers from Southern Ports to ship goods direct to Patea. Outwan^shippers are particularly requested to arrange at the office for shipment of same,. Passengers are also requested to obtain their tickets at the office, or from the Manager, who will be in attendance on board hour before leaving. Freight will bo payable before goods are delivered.
