PORT OP PATEA. SAILINGS. Patea, s.s., Thursday, for Nelson and Wellington, with 12 cattle, 50 sheep, 30 pigs, and general cargo. Patea, s.s., leaves Monday, IGth, at 4 pUu., fur Wellington. EXPECTED, Patea, s.s., Sunday afternoon, from AA 7 ullingtou, if weather moderates. The Patea, s.s., arrived in Nelson at 12.15 p.m., Friday, having been 244 hours on the passage. She must have met with heavy westerly gales in the straits, and having stock on board no doubt retarded her progress. The Patea was expected to leave Nelson last evening, Fridajq for AVellington ; but, should the weather be as unfavorable there as here, she would no doubt be detained.
