PUBLIC FUNERAL IN WELLINGTON.
(Telegram from our Correspondent.) Wednesday Night.
The funeral procession of the late Mr George Hunter left the residence in Willis-street this afternoon, and included many members of Parliament .and .a number of old colonists. Both Houses of Parliament adjourned out of respect for the memory of the deceased gentleman. Several mercantile establishments were closed.
