In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and of the Act amending the same, and of the Bankruptcy of John Thomas Blake, of Hawcra, Licensed Native Interpreter, a debtor. THIS is to notify that John Thomas Blake, of Hawcra, in the Provincial District of Taranaki and Colony of New Zealand, Licensed Native Interpreter, has this day filed a statement that he is unable to meet his engagements with his creditors. For the future flags will be hoisted at the office to denote arrival and departure of steamer: Eed, with blue and white centre— Arrival. Blue, with white centre, underneath red flag—Departure on that day. Consignees will please arrange with shippers from Southern Ports to ship goods direct to Patea. Outward shippers are particularly requested to arrange at the office for shipment of same. Passengers arc also requested to obtain their tickets at the office, or from the Manager, who will be in attendance on board tt hour before leaving., Freight will be payable before goods are delivered.
