PATEA HARBOR BILL.
(Telegram, from our Correspondent.) Wellington, Wednesday Night. I understand that the Patea Harbor Board Bill, which proposes endowments for the Board to enable it to continue the navigation improvement at the heads, was considered to-day at a meeting of the Cabinet. The result is not yet known. The Cabinet would have to determine whether the policy of the proposed endowment was one which they could recommend to the House.
