Parihaka Meeting.
TE WHITTS COUNSELS. (Telegram from our Correspondent.) New Plymouth, Wednesday Night. The Parihaka meeting passed off with unusual quietness, and natives who have returned are unusually reticent respecting the counsels of Te Whiti. Some say they arc determined to continue the fencing operations, notwithstanding the arrests which have been made; and that they have no fear of Government, as Te Whiti will protect, them.
