Oun new district constable arrived on Wednesday .evening, ..and .took np bis duties the foll‘owiiig niibrning. s Constable O’Brien, from Carlyle, did duty hero from Saturday evening, till relieved by Mr Boon, whose advent, let us hope, will prove as good as his name. He has, in fact, brought other Boons.
