ACCIDENT TO PRINCE ARTHUR

His Royal Highness Prince Arthur, Duke of Cannaught, and third son of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, has met with rather a painfnl accident. A cablegram dated London, 7 th, says that while out for a drive, the carriage in which he was seated was upset, and his Royal Highness, with other occupants, were thrown out.
