Land Board Office, New Plymouth, March 23, 1880. tT is hereby notified that the Lease of a piece of Land containing 56 acres, more or less, being part of the Railway Reserve adjacent to the Town of Opunake, and situate between the Otaki Stream and a swamp, shown on the plan of the Opunake District, will be offered at auction, at the Land Office, New Plymouth, by the Commissioner Crown Lauds, at Noon on Saturday, the 17th April next, at an upset rental of Two Shillings and Sixpence per acre per annum. The lease will be terminable at a month’s notice from the Minister for Lands or the Chief Commissioner, the lessee having the right to remove all buildings and fencing. By order of the Board, C. D.
