IT is hereby notified that the Lease of a piece of Laud containing 5G acres, more or less, being part of the Railway Reserve adjacent to the Town of Opunake, and situate between the Otaki Stream and a swamp, shown on the plan of the Opnmiko District, will be offered at auction, at the Land Office, New Plymouth, by the Commissioner Crown Lands, at Noon on Satuuuay, the 17th April next, at an upset rental of Two Shillings and Sixpence per acre per annum.
