District. Bounded as follows: —By a line commencing at a point 13-7 links irom the north-eastern angle of section numbered 256 in the plan of the Patea District,' ami proceeding thence along the eastward boundary of the said section 1152'3 links, j 541 links, and 50 links ; thence along the eastward boundary of sections 258 and 541 4697.5 links, thence 872.3 links in a bearing of ]390 lOrnin., thence 227.4 links in a bearing of 1500 12min. to boundary of section numbered 2GO in the plan of the said District, thence 2085-4 links along the south-western boundary of the said section 260, thence 1501, 497-v, 1009-7 links along the south-western boundary of section numbered 259 in the said plan, thence 15G - 2 links to meet the starting point. And to make a New Road in lieu thereof, over parts of section numbered 256, 259, 2GO in the plan of the District of Patea : Bounded as follows:—By a hue commencing at the North-Eastern angle ol the said section 25G, proceeding thence 41 links in a bearing loldegs 9mius ; thence 50'G links in a bearing LiGdegs OOniins; thence 13-7 links to meet the starting point.
