The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. N.B.—Parties tendering will he required to prospect for, and find, a supply of gravel as near the works as possible; and each tenderer must state the least number of teams bo intends to employ on the work, not less than ten teams, however, shall be employed on any one contract.
